Resumen

Durante los últimos años, blockchain ha generado un gran interés en el campo de la atención sanitaria. Puede mitigar una amplia gama de desafíos importantes que están presentes en los sistemas que gestionan los registros médicos electrónicos. Este informe proporciona una revisión exhaustiva de las investigaciones anteriores que se han realizado sobre los usos de la tecnología blockchain en el negocio de la atención sanitaria. Este estudio analiza y examina 144 publicaciones que exploran la importancia del uso de la tecnología blockchain para mejorar las operaciones de atención médica, así como las limitaciones de hacerlo. El propósito de este proyecto es proporcionar evidencia de la utilidad de la tecnología, así como llamar la atención sobre los desafíos y oportunidades que se avecinan para los estudios de blockchain en torno a la atención médica. El artículo comienza con una descripción completa de la tecnología blockchain y las características que tiene. Después de eso, la mayor parte del estudio se dedica a realizar una evaluación exhaustiva de la literatura de las publicaciones que se han elegido para resaltar los temas de investigación en curso asociados con los sistemas de salud basados ​​en blockchain. A continuación, se describen las áreas de aplicación más importantes, seguido de una discusión de las soluciones que la tecnología blockchain puede proporcionar dentro de los sistemas de salud. Al final se incluye un artículo de discusión para arrojar luz sobre las numerosas limitaciones, dificultades y posibles posibilidades de investigación futura.
