Procedimientos para la viabilidad de la economía circular en la industria envasadora de café: una revisión sistemática

La investigación tuvo como objetivo sistematizar el conocimiento existente sobre los procedimientos para la viabilidad de la economía circular en la industria envasadora de café, a través de una revisión sistemática. Se identificaron barreras y estrategias clave para su adopción, proporcionando un marco de referencia sobre prácticas sostenibles y eficiencia productiva. Mediante el análisis de diversas investigaciones, se evaluaron diferentes procedimientos y prácticas sostenibles, como la reutilización de subproductos y la optimización de la cadena de valor, destacándose la importancia de los flujos de materiales desde la producción de café hasta el envasado y distribución; la estandarización de la economía circular en la industria va a generar beneficios económicos, ambientales y sociales para contribuir a un futuro más sostenible para la industria del café.
