Entrepreneurship and management in times of pandemic: a systematic review

The objective of the study was to carry out a systematic review of the scientific research that addressed entrepreneurship and management in times of the covid-19 pandemic. The study was developed under a documentary or bibliographic design. According to the type of study, it was framed in a systematic review. The technique and instrument to collect the information were documentary analysis, filing and computer. Fifteen articles in Spanish and English were selected, intentionally chosen using the inclusion criteria: articles in Spanish and English; published between the years 2018 and 2021; made worldwide. A search was carried out in the open access databases Dialnet, Doaj, Road and Scopus, as well as the Google Scholar research engine. The analysis of the information was carried out through the categories: year, approach, design, type, instruments, country, results and conclusions. It was determined that in all the articles the concepts of entrepreneurship and management were defined according to the perspective of different authors, considering the conditions for entrepreneurial development, the characteristics of the entrepreneurs, the skills they must possess, the managerial strategies and the trends that emerged in today, as well as a result of the covid-19 pandemic.
