The purpose of this article is the search for answers to the problems that are evident in the andragogic practice of the
professionals who work in the University Institutes and Universities of Venezuela. In contemporary society there is inadequate treatment in
interpersonal relations, scarce needs diagnoses, traditional teaching methods, more theoretical than practical knowledge, lack of planning of
the evaluation process, framed in a human desensitization, according to comments from participants and teachers in exploration performed.
The research took as theoretical references UNESCO documents, the models of Knowles, Adam and Díaz. He considered Anthropogogical,
Humanistic Andragogic and Ergological Theories. After analyzing and interpreting the results obtained, a theoretical approach was generated
through a transformative action, highlighting the importance of the Axiology, entitled The Poetic Pyramid of Andragogy, which will help
cultivate it by strengthening the awareness of the Andragogo university teacher, through a praxis supported in a new transformative action
