Exploración de las diferencias en las intenciones empresariales de los jóvenes: Un análisis comparativo de India y China

Resumen

Esta investigación compara a los jóvenes empresarios de India y China, dos de las economías de más rápido crecimiento del mundo. Los datos utilizados para este estudio proceden de fuentes secundarias ya recopiladas y publicadas, como informes, artículos de revistas de investigación, sitios web y estadísticas gubernamentales, informes empresariales anuales, publicaciones industriales y encuestas realizadas por diversas organizaciones de renombre. El objetivo de esta investigación es comparar las intenciones empresariales de los jóvenes indios y chinos.  Se compararán y contrastarán los datos de las dos naciones para ver si existen conexiones o variaciones en los factores que influyen en las intenciones de los jóvenes de crear sus empresas. Según la investigación, las variables culturales, educativas, familiares, gubernamentales y económicas afectan a la ambición empresarial de los jóvenes en ambas naciones. Los jóvenes chinos tienen más intención empresarial que los indios. Estas conclusiones implican que para impulsar el espíritu empresarial de los jóvenes en India y China es necesario un conocimiento detallado de las variables culturales y ambientales que inciden en la intención empresarial. El informe también subraya la necesidad de políticas y programas específicos para cada país destinados a los jóvenes empresarios.
