Análisis de inyectores usando combustibles alternativos en motor

Resumen

La inyección del combustible es muy importante para la distribución y la mezcla aire-combustible dentro de la cámara de combustión para el rendimiento general del motor. El desarrollo tecnológico influye en gran medida para que se pueda inyectar el combustible directamente a gran presión, a través de uno o varios inyectores con un grado de penetración variado y en función del ángulo del inyector, todo esto para lograr reducir tanto el consumo de combustible como las emisiones, logrando mayor eficiencia y además adecuarlo para el uso de los biocombustibles. Este artículo se basa en una metodología de investigación científica a través de una revisión exhaustiva bibliográfica. La finalidad de esta investigación consiste en la necesidad de resaltar la necesidad del avance tecnológico en cuanto a inyectores se refiere para que estos puedan ser aplicados en combustibles alternativos como los biocombustibles. Entre los resultados más destacables consideramos que algunas estrategias de inyección pueden ser muy recomendables para aplicarlos en los biocombustibles, tal es el caso de la doble inyección, el tiempo de inyección avanzada del combustible piloto y alta presión de inyección junto con una sincronización avanzada. La estrategia de la inyección dividida puede ser una solución al igual que la inyección de tiempo retardado, ayudan a mejorar las condiciones del motor, adaptándose a las características de los combustibles alternativos. Se concluye que el desarrollo tecnológico en los inyectores es crucial para el uso futuro de los combustibles alternativos.
