Integración de inteligencia artificial en la gobernanza de TI: Una revisión sistemática

Resumen

La inteligencia artificial (IA) se ha solidificado como un recurso clave en la transformación de múltiples áreas dentro de las organizaciones, y su aplicación en la gestión de las tecnologías de la información (TI) no es la excepción. En este contexto, la IA se utiliza para optimizar la administración y monitoreo de los recursos tecnológicos. Esta investigación emplea la metodología PRISMA, que ofrece un enfoque sistemático y riguroso para la revisión de investigaciones. La finalidad es examinar la progresión del uso de la IA en la gobernanza de TI a partir de 53 estudios. Se observó un incremento en la cantidad de publicaciones entre 2020 y 2021, seguido de una estabilización en los años posteriores. Geográficamente, Indonesia se destaca con mayor número de publicaciones, seguida de Marruecos y Alemania. Además, se han identificado varios beneficios que la IA aporta al gobierno de TI, como en el fortalecimiento en la toma de decisiones, la optimización de procesos, la gestión de riesgos y la alineación de los objetivos tecnológicos con las necesidades organizacionales, subrayando su impacto en la gestión eficiente de las TI. Por otro lado, el framework más utilizado es COBIT, que representa el 60.38% de los artículos, mientras que la técnica de procesamiento inteligente más común es Machine Learning, con 35 estudios. En conclusión, la IA en la gobernanza de TI ha demostrado ser eficaz, permitiendo a las empresas mantenerse competitivas en un entorno digital en constante evolución.
