Tendencias administrativas contemporáneas identificadas a partir de una revisión de literatura.

Resumen—En este artículo se analizan las principales tendencias administrativas contemporáneas presentes al realizar una revisión de literatura sistemática. Utilizando métodos de extracción y análisis de datos basados en criterios de la metodología PRISMA, fue posible contemplar tres ejes temáticos: Transformación digital y tecnológica, innovación y sostenibilidad, y liderazgo y gestión organizacional. Estos destacan como tendencia a la transformación digital, el uso de inteligencia artificial, la sostenibilidad empresarial, la innovación en modelos de negocio, y el liderazgo ágil. Los resultados de la revisión permiten observar la manera en la que estas tendencias transforman la gestión en las organizaciones, ya sea para optimizar procesos, fortalecer la resiliencia, o fomentar la innovación, especialmente en sectores industriales, economías emergentes y contextos subrepresentados. También se evidencian desafíos relacionados a dichas tendencias, por ejemplo, la falta de acceso a tecnologías avanzadas, la privacidad de datos y la resistencia al cambio, son factores que pueden llegar a limitar su implementación. Este estudio destaca la importancia de un enfoque integrado para abordar los retos actuales de las tendencias en administración, asimismo, invita a continuar investigando de forma interdisciplinaria para superar las barreras detectadas y generar un impacto en la práctica administrativa contemporánea.
