Estudio de las capacidades dinámicas a través del mapeo científico y el análisis bibliométrico

Resumen

En el mundo competitivo actual, la adaptabilidad es esencial para el éxito a largo plazo de las organizaciones. Además de la agilidad, es vital identificar oportunidades y convertir recursos en ventajas competitivas sostenibles. Las capacidades dinámicas (CD) se destacan como herramientas fundamentales que ayudan a las empresas a enfrentar cambios imprevistos. La investigación empleó la metodología de science mapping y métodos bibliométricos para analizar las relaciones entre documentos de diversas disciplinas. Se realizó un análisis bibliométrico inicial con WoS para evaluar indicadores y un análisis de red con VosViewer para crear una red de co-citaciones. Esta red de conocimiento se interpretó mediante la herramienta TOS, las CD son cruciales para que las organizaciones se adapten y prosperen en un entorno competitivo en constante cambio ofreciendo perspectivas valiosas para entender y aprovechar estas capacidades.
