Resumen

Las 500 compañías globales más grandes no solo son líderes económicos, sino que también son vistas como modelos a seguir. Especialmente durante Covid-19, tuvieron que cambiar su estilo de trabajo. A la mayoría de las personas ya no se les permitía trabajar en la oficina. Para la mayoría de las personas, trabajar en casa era algo nuevo para ellos. Pero diferente no siempre significa peor. Teniendo en cuenta a las empresas globales como ejemplos, todavía requieren una cantidad fija de tiempo para fines de adaptabilidad. Pero especialmente después de resolver los problemas, las personas tienden a ser más productivas y pueden generar una mayor producción de lo esperado originalmente. Cada empresa e individuo está encontrando actualmente su condición de trabajo óptima. Después de la pandemia habrá un momento en el que algunos colegas prefieran trabajar totalmente de forma remota y otros no. Será un momento en el que la eficiencia no se medirá por las horas trabajadas en la oficina, sino por la calidad de su trabajo y la producción total de cada individuo.

Doctor in Management, Master in Business Administration, Master in Education. Lawyer and Journalist. Senior Fellow in the Higher Education Academy (UK). Private Pilot, Certified Coach and Family Therapist, Ham Radio Licensed. Invited to United Nations as a speaker. Financial Comptroller and a degree in research methodology.

• Management of large platforms of information systems, development processes and implementation in large scale projects with a high level of interlocution. Manager of distribution, commercial and corporate processes. Extensive knowledge in project management.

• Postgraduate university professor (Senior Lecturer) with excellent teaching techniques and good quality content. I have developed a high level andragogic teaching system simple and easy for students. Certified by the Higher Education Academy as Senior Fellow for my high teaching standards using a Student Centre based approach.


• He was Director of Master's programs in Management, Electronic Government, Information Technology, Finance, and MBA, former member of the doctoral council of the UNEFA, head of studies and administrator of online courses under the Moddle platform both online and in-person. Trend monitoring, Big Data and audience analysis
