Publication Frequency

Due to the improvements in the editorial processes, the Revista Cuidarte switched to a continuous publication model in 2019, grouping manuscripts in volumes, for which three issues will be opened closed in each quarter of the year to structure and organize contents.

Thus, articles are included in a continuous block-wise flow as they get ready for publication, which means that articles completing the journal’s evaluation and revision process will be published, maintaining quality parameters required from authors, as well as article evaluation times allocated to evaluators.

The volume and issue identification system is maintained, including an identifying number of each article preceded by the letter "e" and followed by a sequential number that identifies the article in the consecutive number of the journal. Article pagination begins on the first page of each article using the number 1 and ends based on the number of pages of the article. DOI assignment is maintained for each manuscript.
